The fifth Element from "Mystery of The Evershy".

Like many elements from before it, this is Luna's version of The element of harmony.

While Celestia's element of harmony represents good actions, Luna's version represents good intentions, which unlike good actions, doesn't always lead the bearer's consequence to good outcomes).
